Andrew assisted the SBDC on several technical issues and not only brought his technical knowledge but a great calming presence to the situation at hand. Despite strong technical knowledge, Andrew has tremendous ability to explain issues in terms that a non-technical person can comprehend. Follow-up on open items was very good.
